- Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.
- The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed,
a refuge in times of trouble. - I will bless the Lord at all times:
his praise shall continually be in my mouth. - A friend loveth at all times,
and a brother is born for adversity. - But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
- If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.
- And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent.
- My times are in thy hand:
deliver me from the hand of mine enemies,
and from them that persecute me. - But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.
- There is a way which seemeth right unto a man,
but the end thereof are the ways of death. - For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end.
- Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.
- Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.
- Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
- And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
- For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
- In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider: God also hath set the one over against the other, to the end that man should find nothing after him.
- He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.
- But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
- God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble. - Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.
- For I know that my redeemer liveth,
and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth. - Nevertheless for thy great mercies' sake thou didst not utterly consume them, nor forsake them; for thou art a gracious and merciful God.
- Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
- Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens;
let thy glory be above all the earth. For I the Lord thy God
